Ron Buckly - Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Ron has responsibility for and oversees all legal matters related to Ixia's business and operations worldwide.

With more than 25 years of legal experience representing technology companies, Ron joined Ixia from Tekelec, a publicly traded telecommunications equipment company where he served as its General Counsel for nine years. Prior to joining Tekelec, Ron was a partner at the international law firms of Bryan Cave LLP and Coudert Brothers where he focused on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business transactional matters.

Ron received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, JD from the Hastings College of the Law and a master's in tax law from New York University.
