Raymond de Graaf - Vice President, Operations

Raymond de Graaf, a global operations and integration expert, joined Ixia in January of 2008 as vice president of Operations. Raymond is responsible for Ixia's manufacturing operations and infrastructure management.

Raymond has more than 15 years of experience in growing, managing and integrating global operations. Most recently, Raymond was the vice president and general manager of Precision Communications - a leading provider of repair, refurbishment, resale, logistics and inventory management for leading OEMs and carriers worldwide. Prior to Precision Communications, Raymond held senior management positions at Flextronics -- a global electronics manufacturing company -- including director of Global Operations and director of Global Integrations.

Raymond holds a Global Executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a graduate degree in Global Business Administration from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands, and a B.S. in Logistics Engineering and Business Administration from Polytechnic University in the Netherlands.
