FUSION is a program and team dedicated to supporting our IxN2X customers. The program's strategy develops, enhances, and extends support for the IxN2X product line through at least 2015, providing seamless progression for IxN2X customers to the Ixia platform for newer interface speeds, superior layer 4-7 testing, and wireless evolved packet core (EPC). FUSION offers best of IxN2X and Ixia applications on one common hardware platform.

Migrating to Ixia's next generation NGY load modules allows us to qualify and test QoS with large scale routers before putting them into our live network. The NGY modules can be used with our existing IxN2X.
