Ixia Application Controller
Running Ixia and IxN2X Applications
The Ixia Application Controller is a high-end six-core processor, 1U rack-mount server with state-of-the-art features. It optimizes and enhances Ixia test application performance by running both Ixia and IxN2X applications simultaneously, in a server-based environment. Connection via Microsoft's® remote desktop (RDT) facility provides access to the test applications on the server, minimizing client requirements. The Ixia Application Controller centralizes application updates and installation, simplifying test-environment management.
