  • License Redemption

    • Hardware Orders -Ixia ships IxN2X hardware orders with product licenses and support entitlements pre-installed. Customers receive certificate documents and license files via email and printed certificate documents along with the hardware shipment. Please store these for safekeeping. They are for reference purposes only.

      Software-Only Orders - Ixia fulfills these orders by emailing certificate documents and license files, and mailing printed certificate documents. Prior to key generation at the factory, customers will be contacted to identify which software products are to be associated with specific controller system IDs. The customer will install the license files on the identified controllers via the IxN2X License Manager function.   • Activate your IxN2X Software and Support Agreement (SSA)

    • Activate your SSA - Ixia Order Number or Certificate Number

      If you purchased your SSA from Ixia, you will receive your SSA support entitlement via email. This key will be associated with the controller system ID you specified when the quotation was prepared. You will install the support using the IxN2X License Manager.     If you would like to purchase an SSA for your IxN2X system, please contact your local Ixia representative for assistance.

  • License Transfer

    If you want to transfer a permanent license from one controller to another controller, please contact IxN2X Support for assistance.

  • your contact details (phone or email)
  • details of support contracts
  • details of problem
  • product serial and model number
  • software version
  • software applications installed
  • hardware modules installed
  • approximate purchase date
