Ixia offers across the board IP test automation. Ixia's complete suite of interactive test applications provide the GUI, displays and analysis tools necessary to quickly develop a conformance, functional or performance test for any layer 2-7 device. Most Ixia applications, with the push of a button, generate a Tcl- or C-based test script that can be used immediately or modified for iteration and integration with other tests. Because all Ixia applications run on a single platform and the APIs from applications are compatible, scripts from multiple applications may be easily combined. In addition, Ixia's ICE team (Ixia Custom Engineering) has written hundreds of Tcl scripts that may be used and adapted by our registered customers.
Ixia's Test Conductor is a complete IP test automation and regression framework for Ixia and third-party test applications. Tests can be organized into test groupings and used for development, QA and regression testing.
IxAutomate offers over 90 prebuilt tests for IP test automation that cover routing and switching, Carrier Ethernet, Triple Play, firewall and multicast tests. IxAutomate's batch scheduler allows any number of its tests to be scheduled for execution.
