Standard Warranties
Ixia is pleased to offer you a limited warranty covering certain Ixia hardware for a 12-month period commencing on the date of shipment. Under the limited warranty, Ixia will repair such hardware if reported to be defective within the 12-month period. Ixia will also provide you with technical support and generally-available software updates for certain Ixia software during the 12-month period. The applicable terms governing the limited warranty and support services described above are set forth in the Ixia 12-Month Limited Warranty and Technical Support Services Agreement.
Extended Warranties
Ixia currently offers the following extended warranty and support services for certain Ixia products:
In addition to the Ixia Limited Warranty, we are offering the following Extended Warranty Services:
- Extended Hardware Warranty
- Extended Core Software Warranty
- Extended Ixia Application Software Warranty
The Extended Hardware Warrantyprovides the same coverage as that set forth in the Ixia 12-Month Limited Warranty and Technical Support Services Agreement, for an additional 12-month period. Coverage must be purchased for all hardware at the customer site and is not available on an individual equipment basis. As a prerequisite to the Extended Hardware Warranty, customers are required to purchase the Extended Core Software Support.
The Extended Core Software Warrantyprovides technical support services and generally-available updates for an additional 12-month period on IxExploer/IxServer and TCL Script - RFC (includes IxScriptMate, RFC 2285, RFC 2544, TCL API, and TCL/TK Executables).
The Extended Ixia Application Software Warrantyprovides technical support services and generally-available updates for an additional 12-month period on certain application software products.
The applicable terms governing the extended warranty and support services described above are set forth in the Ixia Extended/Renewal Warranty and Technical Support Services Agreement.

Aptixia Test Conductor End User Software License Agreement
This agreement governs end users' possession and use of Aptixia Test Conduct software products.
Ixia distributes certain third party software products. If any such products are accompanied by a separate end user license agreement, that agreement shall govern end users' possession and use of such product.
