Ixia wins big at Interop Tokyo: PerfectStorm ONE wins the Grand Prix and NTO 7300 receives special recognition
It was a big day for Ixia at Interop Tokyo 2014 and we are honored to announce that Ixia’s PerfectStorm ONE was selected as the Grand Prix winner and the NTO 7300 received the Special Award for the management monitoring and testing category. Interop Tokyo 2014 is the nation’s largest networking event - with approximately 140,000 people attending – that took place in Makuhari Messe June 11-13.
The judges selected the PerfectStorm ONE, a large-scale, layer 4-7 security test platform, for the Grand Prix for numerous reasons, including its advanced functionality that can simulate millions of real-world end-user environments – all in a single, portable device. PerfectStorm ONE enables enterprises to reliably test every element of a data center or corporate network anywhere, anytime. Additionally, its pricing makes adoption easy, which also earned high marks with the judges.
Ixia’s NTO 7300 was recognized with the Special Award because it is the most advanced, highest capacity visibility platform in the industry and it is designed to provide three times the visibility in half the rack space for enterprise and service provider applications. The NTO 7300 helps customers ensure their networks can support and manage rapid increases in bandwidth and user application complexity while meeting the need for expanded visibility into the unseen virtual network with existing monitoring tool investments.
Congratulations to the teams for a job well done!
