CA Service Assurance provides role-based user views into collected and aggregated data, so its customers can better understand end-user experience, establish SLAs, and improve the quality of services. It primarily uses passive monitoring, so there’s no need to deploy agents across the network.

Ixia’s Network Visibility Solutions ensure the CA Service Assurance solution gets the data
it needs to assure service performance. Ixia solutions aggregate, timestamp, de-duplicate, and filter physical and virtual network traffic and send it to CA.
